Refund policy
Returns: All bracelets are made to order and due to the custom nature of each bracelet, all sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your bracelet(s) once you receive it, we are always happy to assist you. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.
In the rare circumstance your bracelet needs repair in the first 30 days of wear, we will repair or replace your item. Repairs include, broken bead(s), discoloration of your beads, broken stretch cord, and charm separation from the bracelet. It is at our discretion to refuse a repair or replacement depending on the condition of the item during the first 30 days. Proper care is required for repair or replacement.
Exchanges: We will offer an exchange on bracelets under the following circumstances: the bracelet size does not fit or the bracelet was a gift. Any personalized items (names, initials, etc.) are not returnable or exchangeable. Any product that is shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back for a refund. If a package is misplaced by the shipping carrier, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS directly.
